Creating Connections: Personal Bio Boards

Disney Entertainment & ESPN is a global design organization. We have team members distributed throughout many different countries and timezones and it's often difficult to get to know one another in a virtual environment.

How might we create more meaningful connections for our design team cast members in an engaging and explorative way?

I lead a team of designers (XD, product, visual, content) through innovative brainstorming sessions where we landed on a solution to create personal bio boards to share with team members.
